Today (16 Nov 2015), Thai Government by Ministry of ICT, has launch website "http://www.govchannel.go.th/". This is an information service center of Thai government.
You can search for most of manual before going to the government unit or application that provide government services. Moreover you can also search for Thai government services from this website.
วันนี้ (16 พ.ย. 2558) กระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร เปิดให้บริการ เว็บไซต์ http://www.govchannel.go.th/ ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางบริการภาครัฐสำหรับประชาชน ซึ่งผู้ใช้บริการสามารถค้นหาคู่มือการให้บริการต่างๆ ระบบงาน (application) ต่างๆ ที่ภาครัฐพัฒนาขึ้น รวมทั้งบริการต่างๆ ที่ภาครัฐให้บริการกับประชาชน
